Della Gregory – Employability Coach

I have been working in the Supported Studies department since 2014, and over the last few years I have been the Employability Coach for the Supported Internships group. I have 14 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and have developed effective partnerships with local employers. I work with the team to prepare and support our learners to become work ready and enjoy watching them progress in confidence, independence and transition into employment.
