All data will be stored securely and retained in line with the college Data Protection Policy. We do not share this data with any external organisation unless we have a fair and legitimate reason to do so. We will only use this information to effectively process your comment/enquiry and will be retained for a maximum of three months after the end of the academic year in which you enquire.
