The apprenticeship standard includes essential Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours vital for effective performance in the workplace.

Knowledge focuses on understanding the organisational structure, recognising the value of individual skills, fostering stakeholder relationships, adhering to relevant regulations, and grasping business fundamentals, as well as internal processes and external environmental factors.

Skills emphasise proficiency in IT, producing accurate records and documents, effective decision-making, interpersonal communication, quality assurance, planning and organisation, and project management.

Behaviours highlight the importance of professionalism, integrity, reliability, performance management, adaptability, and responsibility.

Collectively, these components are designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools for successful contributions and career advancement within their organisations.
