What is the UKSPF?
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is central to the UK government’s ambitious Levelling Up agenda, providing £2.6 billion of new funding for local investment by March 2025.
The main aim of the fund is to help boost productivity, pay, jobs and living standards and to restore a sense of community, local pride and belonging.
Harlow College is working with Uttlesford District Council and Harlow Council to provide free places on selected courses.
Am I eligible to apply?
You are eligible to apply for a free space on one of our selected courses if you are:
- Aged 19+
- Earning under £35,000 per year (individual, not household income)
- Live in Harlow or Uttlesford

Spaces on our selected free courses are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please get your applications in early.

Apply today, and once we have processed your application you will be invited for interview.
